May Day. Lots of stuff happening in the news today. I think it’s the perfect day to get out of the house, away from the news and take long hike through the Presidio to the gym. I’ve been neglecting my strength training for a few weeks now. I’ve been doing some at home, but really light weights….like 5-10 lbs only.
The hike through the Presidio to get to the gym is a great one. Up and down hills. Passed the golf course, cemetery, hundreds of trees, flowers and plants. The smell of eucalyptus very present. There is this spicy smelling plant, not sure which one, but it give the Presidio a very distinct smell.
I get to the gym in pretty good time, about 35 minutes. That’s even taking time to take a few photos. I complete my workout that my PT helped me to create. Then back on the trails home.
